CDM Co-ordinator

The Construction Design and Management Regulations 1994, introduced new disciplines into the building procurement process, which have been revised and updated by the CDM Regulations 2007.

CASTELLI Consultants Ltd will work closely with members of the design team to ensure that Health and safety is considered throughout the design process.   We have worked with the CDM regulations since they were introduced in 1994.   In recent years we have gained extensive experience in the application of the regulations and how they integrate with other Health and Safety regulations in operation on construction sites and in the work place.

MK Dons Football Stadium

Provision of CDM and Health and  Safety services.

A new stadium in the Denbigh area of Milton Keynes. The stadium is part of a wider development includes 28,000 all seater stadium with the potential to increase its capacity to 45,000., multi-purpose sports arena, 200 bed hotel with swimming and leisure facilities, additional restaurant facilities including well known fast food outlets.

Little Pilgrim School, Bedford.

A new single storey nursery school with 5 classrooms, office, toilets and storage, external play area and landscaping.

Construction of 9 industrial/warehouse units with first floor ancillary office accommodation, distributed amongst 4 buildings.

Paragon MK New Warehouse, First Avenue, Bletchley Milton Keynes.

Single large warehouse unit providing considerable storage facility and office accommodation.

New housing scheme in Lincoln

Housing scheme to provide 200 units including affordable housing in Lincoln for the Metropolitan Housing Trust.

Museum of Bristol

Conversion and refurbishment of the former the Bristol Industrial Museum overlooking the city docks.

Royal College of Arts, London.

Re-roofing and refurbishment of facilities within sculpture building and alteration of adjacent premises for office use.
